At tryitnow Store, each order receives our immediate attention. We prepare and pack all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders submitted before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are typically dispatched the same business day. As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send you a confirmation email with a unique tracking number so you can monitor its progress in real time.

Order Tracking

We believe in full transparency. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't seen an update within 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing us with your order number. While we will do our best to accommodate changes made after that window, we cannot guarantee that the address can be modified once the order enters processing.
